Powell v. Omnicom, 06-0300

In case involving allegations of employment discrimination by a 52 year old African American woman, denial of plaintiff's motion under Rule 60(b), Fed. R. Civ. P., to set aside a settlement agreement and reopen her civil action is affirmed as the settlement agreement is fully enforceable and that the district court properly denied plaintiff's motion to reopen the case.
