Porzig v. Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, N. Am. LLC, 06-1212

In case involving alleged intentional age discrimination, denial of motion to vacate and modify an arbitration award is vacated where a portion of the award in this case was issued in violation of the Federal Arbitration Act and that additional significant portions were issued in manifest disregard of the law based on the convergence of multiple factors implicating the integrity of the award.
