United States Second Circuit

Chambers v. Gonzales, 06-0804

Petition for review of order of removal is denied over claim that the BIA erred in finding that petitioner knowingly assisted her former boyfriend's attempted illegal entry into the U.S. and that irrespective of whether she knew he could not legally enter, her actions were insufficient to constitute an affirmative act of assistance within the meaning of the statute.
