Petition for review of BIA decision ordering removal on the grounds that the petitioner knowingly assisted the attempted entry of an illegal alien is denied over claim that the BIA erred in finding that petitioner knowingly assisted her former boyfriend's attempted illegal entry into the U.S. and that irrespective of whether she knew he could not legally enter, her actions were insufficient to constitute an affirmative act of assistance under 8 U.S.C. section 1182(a)(6)(E)(i).
