United States Second Circuit

Saleh v. Gonzales, 05-5909

Petition for review of denial of petitioner's motion to terminate removal proceedings, finding him removable, and denying his application for relief is denied as the amendment of petitioner's conviction to effectively expunge it was secured solely to aid petitioner in avoiding immigration consequences and was not based on any procedural or substantive defect in the original conviction.
