United States Second Circuit

US v. Lombardozzi, 04-0380

Conviction and sentence for conspiring to make and making an extortionate extension of credit and conspiring to use extortionate means to collect an extension of credit are affirmed. Although the district court admitted a plea allocution in violation of defendant's Sixth Amendment Confrontation Clause rights, the error was harmless and the evidence was sufficient.
