United States Second Circuit

US v. Sabhnani, 07-2567

Permanent orders of detention are vacated where the government is able to identify further conditions it deems necessary to ameliorate the risk of flight, and defendants' willingness to accede to those conditions, preclude a conclusion that no conditions of release would reasonably assure the defendants' presence at trial.
