Otal Investments, Ltd. v. M.V. Clary, 06-0591

In case involving collision of three vessels in the English Channel, order finding plaintiff vessel to be exclusively at fault for the collision that resulted in the loss of another vessel and its cargo is reversed where each of the three vessels committed violations of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, and each vessel committed at least one violation that constituted a cause of the collision.
