In an insurance coverage action, appeal from order permitting joinder of a nondiverse plaintiff and remanding the case to the state court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is dismissed, as 28 U.S.C. section 1447(d) bars appellate review of the remand order and the collateral order doctrine does not authorize review of the District Court's joinder ruling.
