Petition for review challenging denial of petitioner's claim that he is a U.S. citizen and therefore not subject to removal is denied as: 1) petitioner's citizenship claim is invalid; and 2) application of former sections 320-322 of the Immigration & Nationality Act does not violate his Fifth Amendment right to equal protection.
