Rosenberg v. Metlife, Inc., 05-4363

Summary judgment for defendants on plaintiff-s libel claim is affirmed over claim that the district court erred in holding that under New York law, statements regarding the reasons for terminating a registered employee, made on a National Association of Securities Dealers Form U-5, are subject to an absolute privilege.
