In case involving the Gambino Organized Crime Family, convictions and sentences for participation in an enterprise constituting a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization are affirmed over claims challenging: 1) the receipt in evidence of uncharged crimes, expert testimony, and recordings of jailhouse conversations; 2) the constitutionality and reasonableness of their sentences; and 3) venue of the prosecutions; and 4) effective assistance of counsel.
