US v. Reich, 06-1445

Conviction and sentence for corruptly obstructing a judicial proceeding, forging a judge's signature, and making a false statement to a federal officer in connection with his fabrication of a court order are affirmed as the evidence was sufficient to establish a nexus between defendant's conduct and the effect on the judicial proceeding.
