Port Wash. Teachers' Ass'n v. Board of Educ. of the Port Wash. Union Free Sch. Dist., 06-0708

In case where defendant school district superintendent issued a policy memorandum to school district staff informing them that they should notify pregnant students' parents of the pregnancies, dismissal of complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief is affirmed as the plaintiffs failed to establish that they suffered an injury in fact and thus lacked standing.
