Starbucks Corp. v. Wolfe's Borough Coffee, Inc., 06-0435

In case brought by Starbucks alleging defendant infringed trademark by selling coffee under the name "Mister Charbucks" or "Mr. Charbucks," judgment for defendant is reversed as the amended Federal Trademark Dilution Act, enacted after the district court's order, applies here and requires that the case be remanded.
