Aon Fin. Prods, Inc. v. Societe Generale, 06-1080

In breach of contract suit involving a credit default swap agreement, denial of defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings and grant of summary judgment to plaintiffs is reversed as the district court erred in finding that a credit event occurred within the meaning of that term in the contract.
