Collier v. Barnhart, 06-3644

Denial of petitioner's motion for summary judgment and grant of respondent's motion to affirm the denial of Social Security Disability Insurance benefits, in case where petitioner suffers from Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS), is affirmed as petitioner does not have the required recent work history, and cannot make out a constitutional challenge to the recent work history requirement.
