NLRB v. Local 3, Int'l Bhd.of Elec. Workers, 04-5912

Findings by special master that respondent violated the 1983 Judgment and 1996 Consent Order when it engaged in two unlawful secondary boycotts in violation of Section 8(b)(4) of the National Labor Relations Act, and that respondent was in civil contempt for failing to provide certain of its business representatives with copies of the 1983 Judgment and 1996 Consent Order, as required by the terms of that Consent Order, are adopted and affirmed except as to certain modifications.
