Petition for review of denial of application for asylum and withholding of removal is dismissed to the extent jurisdiction is lacking to review the untimely asylum application, and is denied as to the application for withholding of removal, as the decision denying petitioner's application is supported by substantial evidence and it is clear that the agency would reach the same decision in the absence of errors.
