Cassidy v. Chertoff, 05-1835

Dismissal of plaintiff's claim that defendant transportation company's practice of searching the carry-on baggage of randomly selected passengers and inspecting randomly selected vehicles, including their trunks, under the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002, violated plaintiffs' Fourth Amendment rights is affirmed as the searches at issue did not violate plaintiffs' rights.
