Thomas v. Gonzales, 04-4001

Dismissal of complaint alleging an unconstitutional denial of medical care for a glaucoma condition is reversed as to Bivens claims against defendant prison officials, where plaintiff properly alleged that they knew of his medical needs but nevertheless ordered his transfer to a facility where he received no medication.
