US v. Ministro-Tapia, 05-5101

Conviction and sentence following guilty plea to conspiracy to create and sell counterfeit Social Security and alien registration receipt cards is affirmed over claim that defendant's sentence violates the "parsimony clause" of 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a), which requires the district court to impose a sentence sufficient, but not greater than necessary, to comply with section 3553(a)(2).
