Dismissal of complaint, brought by prisoner under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 against his prosecutor, public defender, and assistant probation officer in his criminal case, is affirmed based on absolute prosecutorial immunity, the fact that plaintiff's conviction has not been reversed protects defense counsel, and the Connecticut probation officer is entitled to absolute immunity from claims for damages in the preparation and furnishing of presentence reports to the trial court.
