US v. Feliz (Erbo), 02-1665
Conviction of racketeering, conspiracy, murder, and firearm related crimes is affirmed over principal claim that the district court violated defendant's Sixth Amendment Confrontation Clause rights by admitting autopsy reports, where he had no opportunity to cross-examine the medical examiners who prepared the reports, as such rports are not testimonial under Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36 (2004).
