Judgments resulting from two-phase trial involving insurance coverage for the World Trade Center for the events of September 11, 2001, in which a jury found that certain insurers were bound by a broker's policy form by which all events occurring on September 11 were treated as a single occurrence, and other insurers were bound to a standard form by which the events were treated as two occurrences, resulting in twice the pay-out on the policies, are affirmed over claims of a variety of evidentiary errors and a mistaken set of jury instructions.
