US v. Giovannelli, 04-5763

Conviction of conspiracy to obstruct justice and obstruction of justice, with 90-month sentence, is affirmed as U.S.S.G. section 2J1.2, which applies when the offense involved obstructing the investigation or prosecution f a criminal offense, also applies where a defendant is convicted for endeavoring, unsuccessfully, to obstruct justice.
