George v. LeBeau, 05-4241

Denial of motion to stay arbitration is affirmed where arbitration clause in defendant's employment contract renewed from year to year after her original contract expired, as she continued to render the same services that she rendered during the term of her initial contract and she never negotiated a new contract, nor did she ever reject an offer to do so.
