United States Second Circuit
D.H. Blair & Co. v. Gottdiener, 04-3260
In a dispute between securities investors and a broker, default judgment confirming in part and vacating in part an arbitration award, is vacated as the award should have been confirmed in full where it was not manifestly contrary to law, and defendants waived their arguments regarding Florida law by not raising them in the district court action.
