Kirch v. Liberty Media Corp., 04-5852
Dismissal of one plaintiff's claims, based on plaintiffs' failure to state a claim for defamation, tortious interference with contract, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, or civil conspiracy, is affirmed, however, because the court did not sufficiently consider the forum non conveniens issue, the case is remanded for consideration regarding the remaining plaintiffs.
