Denial of motion for new trial, in case finding plaintiffs had assigned copyrights to seven dances to defendant center, is affirmed over claim that district court abused its discretion in: 1) denying plaintiffs' motion for a new trial; 2) excluding "newly discovered" evidence offered during the trial on remand; and 3) finding that the seven dances were assigned to the center.
