Murray v. Northrop Grumman Info. Tech., 04-5097

Grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant and dismissal of state tort law claims arising out of plaintiffs' participation in a federal program is affirmed where defendant government contractor's transmittal of information to federal agencies that plaintiffs posed a possible terrorist threat is protected by official immunity.
