A violation of Connecticut General Statutes - 53-21(a)(2). C.G.S. Section 53-21(a)(2) constitutes a "crime of violence" within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. section 16(b) such that it is an "aggravated felony" for purposes of removal under applicable provisions.
