Dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction of a suit arising from the mistreatment of Jews in Poland after World War II is affirmed where plaintiffs failed to establish that a statutory exception to foreign sovereign immunity pursuant to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act applied to their claims.
