US v. Holguin, 04-5277
A conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine is affirmed where the district court did not violate the defendant's constitutional rights nor did it commit Booker sentencing error in rejecting a request for relief under a "safety valve" statute.
