Boatswain v. Gonzales, 03-2524

Denial of plaintiff's application for naturalization as a U.S. Citizen is affirmed where he cannot demonstrate good moral character since he has indisputably been convicted of an "aggravated felony" under 8 U.S.C. section 1101(a)(43)(B).
