GREEN PARTY OF NEW YORK v. NEW YORK BD. OF ELECTIONS, 03-7679
In a challenge to New York's voter enrollment scheme, which removes a party's name from the voter registration form when its candidate fails to receive 50,000 votes in the previous election, the grant of a preliminary injunction in favor of plaintiffs is affirmed where the burdens imposed on plaintiffs' associational rights are severe.
