SHARPE v. CONOLE, 01-7044, 01-9019

Dismissal of plaintiff's complaint under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE) is affirmed where plaintiff failed to allege that defendants obstructed or interfered with his provision of reproductive services, as required by the FACE Act.
