BURRELL v. US, 02-2584

Defendant's conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed where a Connecticut judgment pursuant to North Carolina v. Alford, 400 U.S. 25 (1970), can qualify as a predicate felony conviction for purposes of 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1).
