United States Second Circuit
MUNAFO v. METROPOLITAN TRANSP. AUTH., 03-7831
Denial of plaintiff's motion for a new trial is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion since the jury's verdict was not "ineluctably inconsistent" and the record does not support plaintiff's contention that the special verdict form inaccurately transmitted the jury's verdict.
