Defendant unsuccessfully challenges the district court's judgment confirming an arbitral award in favor of defendant on grounds that 1)defendant never received the disclosure form submitted to the American Arbitration Association, 2) plaintiff's expert witness was impartial, and 3) the arbitrator failed to disclose joint ownership of an airplane with plaintiff's witness.
