United States Second Circuit
GAMBALE v. DEUTSCHE BANK AG, 03-7621
Defendant unsuccessfully challenged the district court's order, which publicly disclosed some of the sealed settlement terms, where the district court had jurisdiction to issue such an order and did not abuse its discretion in doing so. However, defendant successfully maintained the confidentiality of the amount defendant was to pay plaintiff regarding the settlement agreement.
