Where defendant was accused of price discrimination in the distribution of its patented drug, neither the jury instruction regarding whether the Robinson-Patman Act applied to the Distribution Agreement at issue, nor the instruction on the showing of antitrust injury necessary to establish entitlement to treble damages, constituted reversible error.
