Summary judgment was properly granted to defendants on ADA and Rehabilitation Act claims brought by a former medical student who alleges that her learning disability was not accommodated. Even if she is disabled, she has produced no evidence to show she is otherwise qualified to continue in medical school and has offered no evidence of discrimination by either defendant.
