United States Second Circuit

US v. REIMER, 02-6286

Defendant's US citizenship was properly revoked. Because he assisted in the persecution of Jews during World War II, he was ineligible to receive his visa per section 13 of the Displaced Persons Act; his subsequent naturalization was therefore illegally procured.
