United States Second Circuit

ANDERSON v. MILLER, 02-2451

The denial of defendant's writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 2254 is affirmed, and defendant's Sixth Amendment rights were not violated, where a reasonable juror would not have thought herself to be facing a physical assault if she refused to vote for conviction.
