FLORES v. S. PERU COPPER CORP., 02-9008

Claims alleging that pollution from defendant's copper mining, refining, and smelting operations in and around Peru caused plaintiffs' severe lung disease, are not actionable under the Alien Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. section 1350.1.
