Conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C. section 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A), is affirmed over claims of erroneous jury instructions on conscious avoidance theory of knowledge and on lesser included offenses, and exclusion of evidence.
