US v. EDWARDS, 02-1441

Conviction, sentence and special assessment for conspiring to import into the U.S. a substance containing cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 963, are affirmed over claims of due process violations, evidentiary errors, Sixth amendment right to counsel violations and erroneous dismissal of jurors.
