Defendant's finding that plaintiff, a credit union manager, satisfied the criteria for the entry of a prohibition order against her, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. section 1786(g), is affirmed where she failed to prevent the misuse of a credit union corporate credit card by a board member and consultant.
