HERNANDEZ v. KEANE, 00-0347

The district court's grant of defendants' Rule 50 motion for judgment as a matter of law, and dismissing plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit alleging deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment, are affirmed.
